Today’s workout:
Stairmill 15 minutes effort 5 – 890 vertical feet.
krankcycle 5 minutes backwards (in parallel)
krankcycle 5 minutes forwards (alternating)
20 minutes run @ 5% 4.4mph – 445 vertical feet
krankcycle 5 minutes backwards (in parallel)
krankcycle 5 minutes forwards (alternating)
20 minutes run @ 5% 4.4mph – 445 vertical feet
total gainĀ - 1780 vertical feet (virtual)
1L water(during), 4 shots espresso (post), 1 banana (post).
This should somewhat make up for the champagne and 3/4 of a super burrito I had for dinner last night (sad!)

Nice workout! Why have the espresso after the workout? I always start my workouts with 2 shots of espresso. Always seems to make me work harder
Don’t stress the 3/4 burrito. I had 8 taco’s last night! Cinco de mayo… what can you do…

The espresso is always after because my workout is at 5:30 AM… just water before workout to keep from any stomach issues, and I get starbucks on the way out.
8 tacos… dang!
yeah – and of all the places I ate the taco’s at crossfit! We had a taco truck come out for cinco de mayo.
