- 20 minutes treadmill incline 5.5, speed 4.5 (425 vertical feet)
- 5 minutes each side krankcycle.
- 18 minutes treadmill incline 5.5, speed 4.5 (420 vertical feet)
- 2 minutes treadmill incline 5.5, speed 5.5
Total vertical feet climbed 2045.
Water drank – 1L (during)
Espresso – 4 shots (post)
1 banana (post)
Morning weigh-in this morning at 179.5… staying steady due to drinking and eating more at night… no alcohol tonight or this weekend to get the bodyfat decrease started again.
Meal Plan for today
morning – 1 banana
snack – 1 banana
lunch – baked potato, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 pieces of cheese, green onion.
snack – hardbioled egg, yogurt
dinnerĀ - lemon caper chicken, potato leek soup (attempt to make)
only water and tea today… NO more alcohol for the week.
